About the Role

 

The Analyst role focuses on deploying Cured’s Digital Marketing, Network Management and Customer Experience solutions to our healthcare clients and supports the related client-facing and internal solution development efforts. Cured’s solutions are a blend of packages built on Salesforce as well as our own proprietary software. Analysts will be focused on implementing to our customers and supporting delivery efforts across solution design, build, testing, and training.  This role blends creative problem solving, project management, and solution design with hands-on application build work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key team member on client projects and support progress against project milestones to help ensure timely execution of project deliverables

  • Own key project management tasks, and proactively escalate and communicate any challenges to the team

  • Own key deliverables for each phase of the project (e.g. complete system build, create test scripts, execute testing, develop training materials, facilitate end-user training, and lend support to end-users after the system is live)

  • Grow to become comfortable leading meetings such as internal and client status, discovery sessions, deliverable review meetings, and system demonstrations

  • Support the development of standard methodology future state workflows while identifying people, process and technology gaps that need to be addressed

  • Thoroughly review deliverables to ensure they are ready to deliver to the client

  • Grow to understand our clients’ processes and become a key trusted adviser

  • Demonstrate a logical, rigorous, and analytical problem-solving approach

  • Find creative solutions to client problems and encourage our clients to think more strategically

  • Translate client’s operational concerns into well-architected systems that best leverage Cured’s solutions

Qualifications​

Applicants need not have historical experience in the healthcare setting; however, you should be passionate about wanting to improve the ability to meaningfully connect individuals and their families with the right care

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, marketing, pre-medicine, computer science, or engineering from an accredited college or university

  • Excellent record of academic and professional leadership

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

  • 0-1 years of previous work experience 

  • 0-1 years SaaS enterprise application implementation experience preferred

  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English 

  • Willingness to travel (approximately 25-75%) (Post Covid-19)
