About the Role

Cured is searching for a driven, relationship-first business development associate to identify and establish new business relationships to support the organization’s ambitious growth goals. The Associate, Business Development role will report directly to the Director, Business Development and will be responsible for facilitating the entire sales process, with the opportunity to manage opportunities and client relationships as you develop in the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact prospective buyers within leading healthcare organizations that align to Cured’s platform and solutions 

  • Understand each prospective buyers’ strategic and operational goals and serve as a trusted advisor in demonstrating how Cured can help them succeed in meeting and exceeding their organizational goals

  • Adequately and independently describe the value Cured brings to its clients and how we are transforming how the industry creates and maintains B2C and B2B relationships via digital, modern technology

  • Create and update collateral for prospective and existing clients to support all stages of the sales cycle

  • Create, manage, and execute engaging multi-channel outreach campaigns  

  • Work with business development and company leadership to create, test, and iterate the ways in which we are able to build and grow our impact with clients

  • Attend conferences, industry events, and key client meetings as needed (once safe travel resumes)

  • Complete related market research to further expand your knowledge and our reach within the healthcare industry

  • Leverage Cured’s internal tools (i.e., Salesforce) to provide management with transparent and regular updates related to sales progress and forecasting

Applicants need not have historical experience in the healthcare setting; however, you should be passionate about wanting to improve the ability to meaningfully connect individuals and their families with the right care

  • 2-4 years of B2B SaaS technology sales experience

  • Preferred experience:

    • B2B SaaS sales, customer success, and/or renewals

    • Salesforce CRM

    • Healthcare industry and/or healthcare technology

  • Excellent records of academic and professional leadership

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and quantitative problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English to C-Suite buyers

  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
