About the Role

 

The Associate Software Engineer role focuses on writing custom code, building advanced declarative solutions for our healthcare clients, and managing migrations and deployments of Cured solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role might be right for you if you are an experienced Salesforce Admin looking to transition into Salesforce Development or a Salesforce Developer looking to take ownership over migration strategy and have greater input into product design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write custom Apex code and lightning web components

  • Build complex Flows, Processes, Objects, Reports, Dashboards

  • Manage migrations between environments using changesets and SFDX CLI

  • Manage packaging of Cured solutions

  • Manage deployments of packages

Qualifications​

Applicants should be passionate about wanting to improve the ability to meaningfully connect individuals and their families with the right care

  • 2+ years of Salesforce (Sales, Service Cloud) implementation and configuration experience either as a Salesforce Admin or Developer

  • Experience using changesets for migrations between environments

  • Experience using SFDX CLI for migrations or willingness to learn

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing

  • Willingness to relocate to Boulder or Chicago area, preferred
