About the Role


The Senior Associate role focuses on deploying Cured’s Digital Marketing, Network Management, and Customer Experience Solutions to our healthcare clients and supports our related client-facing and internal solution development efforts. Cured’s solutions are a blend of packages built on Salesforce as well as our own proprietary software. The role blends CRM strategy and solution design with hands-on application build work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage implementations from start to finish

  • Coordinate all aspects of solution deployment including project management

  • Understand the capabilities of Cured’s solution and how it enables the customer’s strategic vision

  • Document functional requirements and make recommendations for technical strategy and configuration (across solutions)

  • Lead and coordinate marketing campaign design, build, testing, and training

  • Engage in multiple engagements concurrently

  • Provide product feedback

Applicants need not have historical experience in the healthcare setting; however, you should be passionate about wanting to improve the ability to meaningfully connect individuals and their families with the right care

  • 2-5 years of previous work experiences

  • 2-5 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and configuration experience (e.g. Email Studio, Journey Builder, Social Studio, Ad Studio)

  • 2-5 years SaaS enterprise application implementation experience, Marketing Automation preferred

  • Knowledge and past experience working within the healthcare industry is preferred, but not required

  • Excellent records of academic and professional leadership

  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English 

  • Willingness to travel (approximately 25-75%)

  • Additional skills preferred: 

    • SQL, HTML, AMPScript, CSS

    • Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics
