About the Role


The Senior Manager role focuses on deploying Cured’s Network Management, Customer Experience, and Digital Marketing Solutions to our healthcare clients and supports our related internal solution strategy and product development efforts. The role blends healthcare strategy, program management and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide healthcare strategy expertise internally and externally

  • Ensure successful project delivery from start to finish

  • Act as primary client point of contact

  • Manage escalations and executive communications

  • Build relationships across all key stakeholders

  • Define and deliver the strategic vision and roadmap to clients

  • Understand the capabilities of Cured’s solution and how it enables the customer’s strategic vision and roadmap

  • Facilitate client sessions focused on discovery, future state design, and business value

  • Develop thought leadership assets along with business and technical recommendations for Cured solutions and delivery strategy

  • Collaborate with Cured’s Product team to continuously revise and improve Cured’s products based on client feedback

  • Manage and coach delivery associates

  • Engage and manage multiple clients simultaneously

Applicants should be passionate about wanting to improve the ability to meaningfully connect individuals and their families with the right care

  • 5-7 years of healthcare strategy consulting experience & developing efficiency in health systems (preferred if this involved digital solutions)

  • 2-3 years SaaS enterprise application implementation experience and Software Development Life Cycle knowledge, CRM and/or Marketing preferred

  • Excellent records of academic and professional leadership

  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing

  • Willingness to travel (approximately 50%)

  • Willingness to relocate to Chicago area preferred
