About the Role

 

The Senior Solution Architect role focuses on designing, customizing, and deploying Cured’s Digital Marketing, Network Management and Customer Experience Solutions to our healthcare clients. Cured’s solutions are a blend of packages built on Salesforce as well as our own proprietary software. This role leads the Salesforce Marketing Cloud design and supports technical build for our related client-facing and internal solution development efforts. The role blends marketing strategy and solution design with hands-on application build work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the capabilities of Cured’s solutions and the customer’s strategic vision

  • Provide client-facing Salesforce Marketing Cloud technical oversight and hands-on contributions during implementations from start to finish

  • Partner with implementation associates in a client-facing role by providing architectural oversight and complex build to support phase objectives and deliverables

  • Demonstrate technical expertise while scoping and driving the creation of multi-channel campaigns, data model, data integration, and reporting

  • Understand and design around integration patterns between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and other technologies

  • Demonstrate proficiency with data modeling, cleanliness, and mobility

  • Gather business, marketing, and technical requirements in order to craft a comprehensive and scalable solution

  • Conduct solution presentations and obtain customer acceptance to solution design

  • Engage in multiple engagements concurrently

  • Identify project issues and risks, and provide mitigation steps

  • Help troubleshoot and advise on all issues and inquiries pertaining to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related products

  • Improve the design of our existing Cured solutions by understanding our customers’ needs, building product enhancements and emphasizing scalability, ease of use, and simplicity

  • Stay apprised of industry technology innovations, new business practices, and third-party technology solutions

  • Collaborate closely with our product team to inform new product design, feature enhancement suggestions, and release planning

  • Iterate on existing documentation to improve its readability and usefulness; create new documentation for newly designed solutions and newly released features

Qualifications​

Applicants need not have historical experience in the healthcare setting; however, you should be passionate about wanting to improve the ability to meaningfully connect individuals and their families with the right care

  • 5+ years experience of complex multi-channel campaign design, build, and execution in Salesforce Marketing Cloud; Strong ability to read and write SQL

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Connector and integration with Salesforce CRM 

  • Experience with other marketing SaaS solutions, marketing automation platforms, or other Salesforce products a plus

  • Experience leading customer facing discovery sessions to design complex business solutions

  • Experience documenting customer requirements and the related technical and operational solution design 

  • Experience with enterprise middleware and ETL tools, and a strong understanding of API’s and integration architecture preferred

  • Experience with BI tools (e.g. Datorama, Tableau, PowerBI) and object models required for effective reporting

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, with technical and non-technical end users and executive audiences

  • Excellent records of academic and professional leadership

  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

  • Willingness to travel (approximately 25-50%)
