About the Role


The Solution Architect role focuses on creating, customizing, and deploying Cured’s Network Management, Customer Experience, and Digital Marketing Solutions to our healthcare clients and supports our related client-facing and internal solution development efforts. Cured’s solutions are a blend of packages built on Salesforce as well as our own proprietary software. The role blends CRM strategy and solution design with hands-on application build work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the capabilities of Cured’s solutions and how they enable the customer’s strategic vision

  • Provide client-facing technical oversight on implementations from start to finish

  • Partner with implementation specialists in a client-facing role by providing architectural oversight and complex build to support phase objectives and deliverables

  • Lead client sessions with IT and data integration staff through every phase of delivery

  • Tactically create designs, oversee build, and implement technical aspects of reusable Cured solutions within Salesforce CRM or Marketing Cloud for current clients within a scope of work

  • Strategically work directly with customers to enable them on our products, understand their needs, and use those needs to create backlog of product enhancement work

  • Collaborate with teammates to gather, document, and solve for new functional requirements from our customers, creating new technical solutions to incorporate as part of our product suite

  • Improve design of our existing products by emphasizing scalability, ease of use, and simplicity

  • Build out proofs of concept using declarative and programmatic tools

  • Engage in multiple engagements concurrently

Applicants need not have historical experience in the healthcare setting; however, you should be passionate about wanting to improve the ability to meaningfully connect individuals and their families with the right care

  • 3+ years of Salesforce (Sales, Service Cloud) implementation and configuration experience

  • 2+ years SaaS enterprise application architecture experience, CRM preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing SaaS solutions a plus

  • Experience with enterprise middleware and ETL tools (Boomi, CozyRoc, command-line DataLoader, etc)

  • Salesforce System Architect / Application Architect certifications preferred

  • Excellent records of academic and professional leadership

  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

  • Ability to design, document, and implement technical solutions clearly and efficiently

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English 

  • Willingness to travel (approximately 25-50%)

  • Additional skills preferred: Salesforce Flow, Lightning Web Components, SQL, HTML, Apex, JavaScript, AMPScript,  Enterprise PaaS (AWS, Azure, GCP)
