At Cured, we use machine learning techniques to develop and deploy a powerful library of propensity scores. Propensity scoring models use first and, when needed, third-party data to identify healthcare consumers that are most likely to engage with and take action on a given service or procedure. These models span specialties from cardiology to orthopedics to cover various services.

In practice, propensity scoring allows you to precisely generate audience segmentation for service line-focused Curations, our pre-built campaigns. For example, a cardiology propensity score generates the audience for cardiac screenings across the existing patient base. 

To make targeting consumers even easier, we introduced Dynamic Audiences. Dynamic Audiences allow users to create and select segments that run in real-time to allow audience generation at the time of send based on engagement with active or past sends (e.g., opens, clicks) and any available contact information (e.g. zip code, status). Enabling you to create follow-up sends easily for many combinations of historical interactions.

SOC 2 compliance is a component of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants American Institute of CPAs (AICPA)’s Service Organization Control (SOC) reporting platform. Its goal is to ensure systems are in place to enforce security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of customer data. SOC 2 is a technical audit and verification that comprehensive information security policies and procedures are written and followed.
