A fourth generation healthcare worker, Andrew believes that public health outcomes can be delivered, not just through policy or disruption, but by looking for proven technology and business strategies from outside the industry. Andrew is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cured. Andrew was previously a venture capitalist at GE Ventures where he focused on healthcare and life sciences investing and new business creation.
Prior to his role in venture capital, Andrew was a healthcare entrepreneur and management consultant focused on the intersection of provider/payer operations and technology. He served as a Director at Nordic Consulting Partners (#46 - INC 5000 list), where he co-founded the Advisory Services practice. In addition, he was Vice President of Consulting Services and a member of the early founding team at Falcon Consulting (#316 - INC 5000 list - acquired by Avaap). He started his career at Epic Systems, where he was an Enterprise Implementation Director and was responsible for launching the Home Health and Hospice product offerings.
Andrew holds an MPH in Health Management from Harvard University. He graduated with honors from DePauw University with a dual BA in Economics and Spanish.
A healthcare technologist from a family of physicians, Ashmer has seen technology be an incredible enabler of progress. However, the transactional technologies that support healthcare—ERPs and EMRs, are not focused on creating engaging experiences— internally or externally. To realize this opportunity for healthcare to achieve parity with other consumer experiences, a true transformation towards agile technologies is paramount.
Ashmer is Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Cured. Prior to Cured, Ashmer was a Principal Enterprise Architect at Salesforce where he focused on driving cloud architecture in healthcare and life sciences as well as product innovation across the platform.
Ashmer was a strategy and management consultant responsible for leading major Fortune 50 client engagements in the healthcare, life sciences, financial services and public sector verticals at Accenture. He began his career at Epic Systems, where he was a clinical application director and one of the first members of the Oncology application implementation team.
Ashmer graduated from Northwestern University with a dual degrees in Economics and Neurobiology.

Rohit is Co-Founder and Chief Customer Officer of Cured. Prior to Cured, he was a Principal Solution Engineer at Salesforce and a founding member of their Healthcare team, where he focused on helping healthcare organizations use modern technology to execute on broader strategic initiatives and manage the ever-changing industry and consumer needs.
Prior to Salesforce, Rohit worked at Epic Systems as an Application Director and Application Success Owner running large revenue cycle implementations.
Rohit graduated from the University of Michigan with a dual BA in Economics and German. He is also a graduate of the LEAD: Corporate Innovation program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Carolyn loves navigating the exciting intersection of healthcare, customer experience and human behavior. Success and transformation are inevitable when you design with a deep understanding of what your customers truly need. She is passionate about building meaningful partnerships with both her customer teams and internal teams, and has a broad understanding of how each key stakeholder can contribute to and benefit from deep collaboration.
Carolyn started her career at Epic, managing implementations of oncology and outpatient software. From there she moved into management consulting, where she spent the majority of her time in the healthcare industry, optimizing patient access centers and call centers with a focus on customer experience.
Carolyn graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a dual BA in Honors Sociology and Honors Psychology with a focus in Spanish studies and a thesis on The Propensity and Persistence of Women in SMET Majors. She was an NCAA varsity athlete in Women’s Crew and is a proud winner of the Big East Championship.
When Carolyn isn’t spending time optimizing teams and tech, you can find her reading sci-fi or historical fiction, playing with her young children, exploring the outdoors, or working with her husband on his next big adventure.
Kathryn leads product management and is passionate about implementing novel product solutions to improve people’s lives. After starting her career in economic consulting and strategy, Kathryn transitioned to product management and spent six years working on products for two-side marketplaces at Angi, Vrbo, and Expedia. Kathryn brings her experience building cutting edge products to the healthcare industry to help modernize the technology and customer experience. When not strategizing on new products to solve customer problems, you can often find Kathryn in the mountains skiing, hiking, and enjoying the outdoors.
Kathryn holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and received her BA in Economics from Middlebury College.
Josh is a relationship builder to the core with well over a decade in healthcare IT and front-line services. He cares deeply about helping people and organizations achieve their goals. His wife, Nicole, with their 3 kids - Veda, Averi, and Jude - remind him often of how much he still has to grow :-)
Colin leads Strategy and Growth at Cured. He is particularly passionate about enabling mission-driven organizations to reach their growth goals while improving the lives of their customers in the process. Prior to Cured, Colin held roles across Strategy & Corporate Development, Healthcare Mergers & Acquisitions, and Strategy Consulting.
Colin holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and received his BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
Rachel is a servant leader in the health care industry who is passionate about helping those she works with exceed their goals. In her role as Director of Customer Delivery, she partners closely with our customers and team members to ensure they experience success and feel heard and valued throughout their journey with Cured. You will often hear her asking "How can we help?"
When not at work, Rachel can be found traveling and exploring nature with her family, exchanging kisses at school drop off, or enjoying a latte at the local coffee shop. Her dog, Bailey, is often not far from her side.
Liz leads People Operations at Cured. She started her career at Epic, managing clinical implementations and later went on to pursue healthcare IT consulting before transitioning to a more people-focused path in talent sourcing, recruitment, and employer branding. Before Cured, she spent six-and-a-half years building teams focused on the employee experience, the candidate journey, and bettering DEI in the workplace.When she isn’t strategizing around how to build and maintain a world-class culture, you can find her chasing her two toddlers, enjoying a local brew, or competing for that next Peloton milestone.
Brooke leads Marketing at Cured. She drives strategic market growth and is cementing Cured's position as the go-to platform for digital marketing and CRM for healthcare marketers. With 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, Brooke has a passion for connecting people to solutions that will improve their professions and lives. Outside of Cured, you can find Brooke spending time outdoors or checking out the latest spots for food and drinks.
Chad is an engineer with strong interests in statistics, natural language processing, and information retrieval. He loves solving hard problems and helping teams achieve their full potential. In his free time, when he’s not peppering his ten-year-old with the worst imaginable jokes, he pursues retiree hobbies like travel, reading, gardening, tennis, and solving puzzles.
As an Engineering Leader at Cured, Andy focuses on engineers being happy and productive, while growing the Cured platform to quickly and securely meet customer needs. Andy is often involved with DevOps, build, quality and deployment automation, architecture and system design, and engineering process refinement. He believes that Cured has a unique opportunity to address a growing need in healthcare and is driven by building a team and product that improves others health.
